Our Festive Goose Menu
From 11th November
Crispy, aromatic, classic, yet reimagined. Nicolas Gémin’s goose menu is a tribute to the refined brasserie cuisine of Europe. To start, warm potato–portobello salad & smoked trout, followed by St. Martin’s goose at its very best. To finish, a chocolate & orange with Valrhona ganache, orange cream, raspberries and crumble.

Dine, celebrate and dance at our glamorous Masquerade New Year’s Eve celebration. Look forward to Champagne, an exclusive four-course menu, midnight snack, exquisite wines and music by DJane Eva Be late into the night.
