Here, our international team of bartenders, led by Bar Manager Joe Scheidemann, creates innovative alcoholic and non-alcoholic signature cocktails – and in this creative process, nothing is forbidden except standing still! Familiar ingredients like honey wine, fruit brandies, tequila, or cachaca meet exciting new flavours like pandan, shiso, jungle pepper, or miso. We follow the Low Waste principle by crafting in-house whatever is feasible to make on-site.
